Delta Corp is a fast-growing Indian company operating primarily in two business segments – Hospitality and Gaming. It is also the largest and only listed company in this space. Delta Corp entered the Hospitality and gaming segment in 2008 with a view to provide an international gaming experience in India.

In a short duration, Delta Corp has become a market leader in the Indian gaming and entertainment Industry. Going forward, the company intends to consolidate its position by adding casinos to its existing portfolio in Goa , besides expanding its gaming and entertainment presence in other destinations as and when opportunities open up in the future.

Gaming and Entertainment :
Delta Corp operates two offshore casinos offering about 700 gaming positions and will soon commence India’s largest offshore gaming vessel , which is expected to offer an additional 1500 gaming positions. Further, Delta Corp will also shortly launch its onshore gaming operations in the Union Territory of Daman, adding another 1000-1500 gaming positions.

Goa :

Off Shore Live Casinos:

Of the six offshore live casino gaming licences issued by the Government of Goa, Delta owns three, of which two are currently operational, while the third is expected to become operational shortly. These gaming destinations offer a variety of international games, and a gaming experience similar to that in global gaming centres such as Las Vegas, Macau and Singapore.

Casino Royale is currently India’s largest live offshore gaming casino with 480 gaming positions (47 live gaming tables and 30 slot machines). Furnished with four decks and live music, the casino has separate VIP gaming areas. It is equipped with a helipad, and is serviced by high speed feeder boats and multiple jetties. The casino also offers a crèche and playroom for children, an Aquabar, and 2 VIP suites.

Casino Caravela is India’s first live casino offering 190 gaming positions (20 live gaming tables and 10 slot machines). It has 2 operational decks with Level 1 being the private gaming area and Level 2 the main gaming and Food & Beverage (F&B) area.
Delta is also in the process of activating its third gaming license. This will allow it to start operations aboard M.V. Horseshoe, which will be India’s largest casino vessel. The ship will have 1,500 gaming positions compromising 155 tables and 250 slot machines, which is three times the size of Casino Royale Goa.

Daman :

Delta Corp is expected to operate an onshore casino within a 5 star Hotel in Daman that will offer 1,000-1,500 gaming positions. In addition, Delta also has an expression of “in-principle” interest to set up a second onshore casino in Daman.

Overseas operations :

Delta is exploring an overseas gaming and hospitality venture in Sri Lanka, subject to local laws and regulations, that will make it a larger regional player in this space.

Hospitality :

In keeping with global industry practices, Delta Corp sees the hospitality business as synergistic to its gaming business. It has, therefore, ventured into the hospitality business to provide an enhanced overall gaming experience.

Delta owns Daman Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. “DHPL”, which owns the largest fully-integrated resort and convention complex in Daman. The hotel is in the five-star deluxe category with 189 rooms, 29,000 sq ft of indoor events and meeting space and 70,000 sq ft of outdoor pools and events space. The hotel is equipped with three bars, including one by the poolside, and four restaurants. In addition, it will have an area of 7,000 sq ft dedicated to health club and spa facilities. The hotel also has a high-end retail facility, spread over 8,000 sq ft that will house luxury brands to cater to life-style clientele. Upon operation, the hotel is expected to become a key destination for vacationers in Daman, which already sees large tourist traffic from both Gujarat and Maharashtra.

Delta holds approximately 35.6% equity in Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Limited(AHR), which owns and operates Ramada Caravela Beach Resort. However, Delta Corp has no operational interest or management control in AHR.

The first of its kind in Goa, ‘Royale Floatel’ will be an exclusive, all-suite, luxury hotel anchored in the Mandovi river in Goa, with exclusive services for our VIP guests.

Real Estate :
Real estate in East Africa has been identified as an emerging opportunity with immense potential. To tap this opportunity, the Company has entered into a 40:60 JV with Reliance Industries Limited. The JV has invested Rs. 2 billion till date, acquiring 9 plots of land in prime locations of Nairobi for Commercial and Residential development.
